enjoyable walks near beaches and parks for exploration lovers
I appreciated the close proximity to Papagayo Park, just a short stroll away, and the lovely beach right in front, which made for perfect weekend explorations. the rooms were cleaned really well every day, adding to my overall comfort during my stay. As a family with children, the easy access to nearby attractions made our city strolls so much more enjoyable, but the hotel did seem a bit crowded at times.

Recommend it for families looking for fun
The room I had was spacious with a fantastic ocean view it gave me the perfect start every morning. The staff went above and beyond, like when they surprised us with complimentary drinks at the bar after a long day on the beach.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for.

The ocean view from my balcony blew me away. Waking up to that every day was a treat. The staff at the Ritz really stood out. everyone was super friendly and genuinely helpful. Meals were good with a nice variety each day. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood options. The activities like beach volleyball and kayaking made my stay even more fun. However, some areas felt crowded during peak times. The pool was smaller than expected, making it tough to find a good spot to relax without feeling cramped. Also, the music from outside could get really loud late into the night. Despite those minor inconveniences, I would still recommend the place for its beautiful views and great service.

Stunning ocean view from my room added to the calming experience, with the sound of waves lulling me to sleep. The food exceeded expectations, offering a diverse menu featuring excellent Spanish dishes daily. The friendly service from staff like Pino made dining a pleasure. However, I found the breakfast menu repetitive over my stay and the need for more variety in daily activities left some room for improvement. Despite that, the overall ambiance and quality of service left me satisfied.

Had an amazing time with my friends at the resort! We enjoyed jet skiing and participating in aqua aerobics organized by the staff. The location was perfect, and we even used the shuttle to visit nearby attractions. Overall, a great spot for a group vacation!
We did have one odd moment with a floor manager at the restaurant. They accused us of taking food we had already paid for, which was frustrating.
